Ashe has designed a unique inspection and control machine specifically to give precision monitoring of printed labels or printed web for the pharmaceutical, food, and flexible packaging industries.
This fully reversible doctor rewind machine, with driven unwind and rewind, incorporates a full web camera inspection system supported by state of the art software.
The camera maps faults, places them on the splice table, and provides the operator with images he or she can check, then accept or reject. The machine then ensures the fault has been corrected before winding on.
