With a group of mechanical and software engineers working in a team, ASHE are able to develop a wide range of machinery to meet specific customer requirements. Inline turret winders have been manufactured up to widths of 4m and rewinding diameters up to 1.5m. These units can incorporate a fully automatic cut and transfer at speed or alternatively with an accumulator. All machines will incorporate fully automatic tension control and have a wide range of winding options and offloading options. Slitting is also available on these machines.

We have also manufactured machines for a range of special applications such as copper foil, which required a very heavy duty machine.
