The Onyx is an ecomomy slitter rewinder for film converters designed to
produce perfect slit reels for a wide range of products.
The machine has a working width of 1300mm or 1600mm and will wind up to diameters of 600mm.
The machine is suitable for products such as PP, PE, PET and gives a perfect finished product.
The slitting station can accommodate all slitting methods down to 50mm. The unique ASHE differential shafts are standard on the machine as well as a shaftless unwind which can handle diameters up to 1000mm. Layon control, web guiding and a fully automatic tension control come as standard.
The machine incorporates state of the art AC digital flux vector drives and PLC with a full colour diagnostic touch screen to make setting easy.
The Onyx is a one-piece machine as the unwind, electronics and pneumatics
are all integral on the machine, therefore making installation quick and
easy.
