Designed to give the converter perfectly finished reels using the same technology as its big brothers in the Sapphire Series. It is designed to handle a wide range of substrates from PP, PE, PET, aluminium foil, paper etc.

The machine is an economical version of the Sapphire using an integral unwind stand. This can be a shafted or shaftless system.

The machine incorporates all the same technology from the Sapphire range of machines, like the vacuum pull roller for tension isolation, ASHE guider system, fully automatic tension control without the need for diameter sensors etc.
