The S2T is a machine that ensures maximum output. The machine set up, particularly the duplex turret rewind, minimises downtime by allowing the operator to keep the machine running whilst he strips off the finished rolls and sets up new cores. The machine is suitable for materials such as PP, PE, PET, paper etc.

Based on the S2 machine, the machine incorporates everything you would expect from the leading centre winder, from the all electric unwind to the vacuum pull roller for tension isolation. The slitting station can be razor in air/groove, rotary shear or crush cutting. Automatic knife positioning is also available on the machine.

The machine can incorporate automatic tape down to core and also tail closure. The machine will automatically cross cut the material when it has reached it’s set length. Both of these features will decrease downtime even further.
