Jade

Due to its flexibility, our Jade series can also be configured to successfully slit and rewind various grades of pressure-sensitive materials (otherwise known as label stock) and other forms of paper.

Depending upon finished roll requirements, the machine can be configured as a shafted rewind centre surface with differential rewind shafts or a shaftless rewind (with individual rewind stations) centre surface. Both of these systems use our linear tracking system away from the contact roller to give a perfect finished roll in roll profile and tension.

The control system is unique in that the speed of the driven contact roller can be adjusted to suit specific winding profiles. Our vacuum roller is also used to ensure perfect tension isolation from the unwind through to the rewind.

The machine is an all-electric operation, and automation is available to reduce setup times. Finished roll electrically driven unloading trolleys are available on all machines.
