The Diamond model of slitter rewinder is also available as a duplex turret slitter rewinder. This slitting machine is a one-piece configuration to allow for ease of installation and can also be supplied with a separate unwind to allow for integration of ancillary units, such as perforating and punching machines.

Diamond TBreitbahn-Duplex-Wendeschneidwerk-Aufwickler
The Diamond T duplex turret slitter rewinder has been designed to be a compact, yet highly efficient slitter rewinder due to the turreting rewind section of the machine. The principles of the machine are the same as those of the Diamond Duplex-Rollenschneider. Therefore, the slitter rewinder unwind is integrated into the main machine frame; however, this can be separated if required to allow for the inclusion of ancillary equipment.
The Diamond T incorporates our unique ‘turret shaft support’, which ensures that the rewind shafts remain fully supported through the turreting cycle. Due to this support, this duplex slitter rewinder is able to offer very fast cycle times, from the time the machine stops as a set length has been reached, to the time it starts the next run.
