Die Solitaire-Serie wird als Mittelformatmaschine mit Maschinenbreiten von 400 mm bis 1000 mm angeboten. Die Technologie der Solitaire stammt aus unserem Sapphire S2 series of slitting and rewinding machines. It, therefore, features an all-electric unwind for a clean operation (no hydraulics) and our vacuum roller for tension isolation. This gives the machine the ability to run a wide range of substrates.
Die Serie Solitaire verfügt über Funktionen zur Reduzierung von Ausfallzeiten, wie z. B. vollautomatische Messerpositionierungssysteme und Laser-Kernausrichtungssysteme.
The slitting machine is also available with a turret rewind system to minimise changeover times.
