The full servo Opal label inspection, narrow-web slitter rewinder, is a powerful and highly productive machine that has numerous options available. The machine can be configured in many different ways to make it quick to set up whilst being able to process all the materials needed for a narrow web converter.
A full-colour HMI operator interface enables a fast setup of all jobs and gives full tension control without needing to make necessary adjustments during the run. The HMI is also able to let the operator know of any function that needs to be performed prior to the commencement of the job.
Full web guiding by ASHE’s own edge guide system is a standard feature of the machine to ensure the rolls are perfectly wound and splicing tables are conveniently located on the inspection table and prior to slitting for ease of roll joining and to rectify any errors on the materials being processed.
