Non-stop operation from high end engineering including heavy duty, full rotary die stations with latest adjustable anvils, bespoke matrix strip assemblies with precision edge slitting back to matrix wind, Automated slitting capabilities and full Auto set Glue-less 4 spindle turret rewind, the most versatile available. Guaranteed production speeds of 250MPM, continuous.
There will also be continuous demonstrations throughout the 4 days on 2 further slitter rewinders on the stand.
An 800mm wide Duplex centre-wind Solitaire Slitter with versatile slitting design operating at speeds of 600MPM and running printed thin films, typically BOPP wrap around labels.
A 440mm wide Opal Series ISR completes the lineup which demonstrates 100% camera inspection through every run, simple driven shear slitting and a 600mm diameter duplex rewind allowing machine to operate with multiple substrates, not just supported labels.
