JadePrimary Film Slitter Rewinder
Jade primary slitters are engineered for precise, high-speed film winding and flexible setup. Rewind beams shift linearly from the contact roller as roll diameter grows, ensuring excellent tension and consistent roll profiles.
This slitter rewinder operates entirely on electric power, with no hydraulics used for either unwinding or unloading finished rolls.
The design incorporates ASHE’s proven linear winding technology with one contact (lay-on) roller per rewind arm for maximum efficiency.
Since the contact roller is driven and fixed, there's no need to adjust its position when slit patterns change, enabling multiple winding setups and consistently smooth roll finishes.
Automation options include auto knife positioning, automated rewind station setup, and various unloading system configurations to boost productivity.
