The Opal ISR label inspection slitter rewinder gives users exceptional versatility and flexibility.
Due to the modular design of this narrow-web slitter rewinder machine, all of which use the latest servo and motion control. The machine is also able to offer faster setup times, with various options that can be tailored to suit, along with a maximum running speed of 350m/min.
Full 100% camera inspection systems can be easily accommodated on the label inspection slitter machines. We are able to work with a number of suppliers who can supply their own tailored solutions so we can supply a machine that meets your exact requirements, on both inspection and finishing. The machine is available with different webpath configurations so the machine can stop any detected fault prior to going through the main drive/slitting station.
