SolitaireWide-Web Duplex Slitter Rewinders
The Solitaire range is designed specifically for mid-web applications, with available web widths from 400mm to 1000mm. The technology within the Solitaire series is derived from our advanced Sapphire S2 slitting and rewinding systems . As a result, it features a fully electric unwind system for clean, hydraulic-free operation, along with our signature vacuum roller to ensure precise tension isolation. These features allow the machine to efficiently handle multiple substrate types.
Productivity-enhancing features are built into the Solitaire platform, such as automated knife positioning systems and laser-assisted core alignment to streamline setup.
A turret rewind option is also available for this slitting machine, significantly reducing changeover durations.
