SolitaireWide-Web Duplex Slitter Rewinders
The Solitaire series is offered as a mid-web format of machine with machine widths ranging from 400mm to 1000mm. The technology from the Solitaire is taken from our Sapphire s2 series of slitting and rewinding machine. It therefore features an all electric unwind for a clean operation (no hydraulics) and our vacuum roller for tension isolation. This gives the machine the ability to run a wide range of substrates.
Features to reduce downtime are available on the Solitaire series, such as fully automatic knife positioning systems and laser core alignment systems.
The slitting machine is also available with a turret rewind system to minimize changeover times.
- Series available with separate unwind or fully integrated (one piece unit)

- Various splice table configurations including waste winders
- ASHE edge guiding for web tracking
- Tension isolation achieved through vacuum roller
- Various slitting methods available with automated solutions if required
- Rewinding can be achieved with differential winding or torque control
- Full tension control with open or closed loop systems
- Ethernet link for remote diagnostics
